Retiree Vision, Hearing & Dental Discounts

Eligibility

If you enrolled in the Oxy Retiree Medical Plans or Oxy Retiree Dental plan through Aetna, you and your

 are automatically eligible for Aetna’s vision and hearing discount programs. You can also enroll in the Aetna Vital Savings dental discount program as an alternative to the Oxy Retiree Dental plan.

You pay nothing to access these discounts.

• LASIK surgery
• Eye examinations (Note: Routine vision exams are covered at 100% under both the Oxy Retiree Medical Plan and Oxy Medicare Advantage PPO Plan)
• Mail-order contact lens programs

Vital Savings by Aetna

As an alternative to the Retiree Oxy Dental Plan, you can enroll in Vital Savings by Aetna. This program offers discounts on dental care through the Aetna Dental Access Network.

You have three ways to join the program:

• Online: Go to the Vital Savings by Aetna website and use promotion code: 882016-018.
• By phone: Call 888-238-4825.
• By mail: Complete the Vital Savings Enrollment Form and mail it to the address on the form.
