The health care reform law, called the Affordable Care Act, requires Oxy to send the tax form 1095-C to all full-time employees and any individual under age 65 who were enrolled in one of Oxy's group health plans for any month during 2017. Oxy will issue this form by March 2, 2018, in accordance with IRS regulations. Please note: This form is not required by the IRS to file your 2017 federal income tax, however it is recommended you retain it with your tax records.Oxy will mail the 1095-C form to your address of record unless you opt out and consent to electronic access on OxyLink Online. To opt out, log on to OxyLink, select Employee Self Service then under My Benefits click on 1095-C Electronic Consent. Deadline to opt out is February 3, 2018.
