401(k) Plan Investment Options
Oxy offers a wide variety of investment options. If you are newly hired, you are automatically enrolled in the
401(k) Plan and your contribution is invested in the Target Date Retirement Fund closest to your retirement age until you elect otherwise.
Oxy’s matching contribution is invested in the Oxy Stock Fund, which you may trade (exchange) at any time.

If the price stays relatively stable, the fund has low volatility. If the price changes dramatically up or down over a short period of time, the fund has high volatility.
